Desi Masala Chai
A robust, full flavoured malty Assam blended with traditional spices like cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. A great tea to accompany a spicy meal, or as a warming winter drink.
Origin: Assam, India
How to brew: Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-4 mins in 95-100° C water. Add milk and sugar to taste if you like.
